This Practice Manager is in charge of overall business operations for a growing cosmetic surgery practice with one surgeon and affiliations with 3 surgical centers. This manager must be prepared to fully endorse and work daily with the practice vision, patient experience, clinical flow, as well as financial growth and stability. The position is salaried with benefits and opportunity for bonuses and excellent commissions, depending on productivity of the practice, and to be finalized person in this position must understand data analytics and be ready to use data to assess and make alterations in the business. This person will be responsible for developing/maintaining all marketing peripherals for the surgical practice, managing day-to-day activities, managing business development opportunities, managing all vendor relationships and maintaining succinct records of patient encounters.
This professional must be committed to routinely producing reports (using in-house software) to track growth and profitability. This professional must be able to read and make recommendations based on these reports. Other financial responsibilities such as billing and banking are routine duties.
The ideal candidate:
Will work closely with the surgeon and surgical nurse to ensure the patients have an exceptional experience.
Hire and train for specific needs as they arise.
Monitor staff schedules and set the tone for accountability and professionalism in the office. This includes the management of relationships with existing vendors and accounting services.
Be responsible for the proactive attention to all matters that impact patient experience, including staffing schedules, office flow during clinic hours, and brochures of services available for patients.
Must be familiar with digital marketing strategies standard in the current market and coordinate with marketing professionals so that the Concierge Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery presence remains competitive and easily available to potential cosmetic surgery patients.
Must be comfortable discussing others' concerns and resolving conflicts that arise. The manager will report to the executive team and be responsible for reports and targets. This professional should see patient contact as an opportunity to transform their experience such that the patient becomes an ambassador for Concierge Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery.
Should have a minimum of 2 years running a cosmetic surgery or plastic surgery practice with excellent communication, computer and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in creating surgical quotes and superb attention to detail.
Will be able to travel between 3 different offices including our downtown Chicago, downtown Barrington and our downtown Geneva locations.
